Cassandra G. Jones, Esq.
Managing Attorney

Cassandra is an accomplished elder law and estate planning attorney who acquired a majority of her experience through private practice and working inside the courtroom. Cassandra opened her own practice in 2011 and then joined Heritage Law Group, P.C. Prior to, she served as Staff Attorney for the Ninth Judicial District Court, located in Douglas County, NV, and spent time as an attorney for Brooke & Shaw.

Cassandra is a native Nevadan and an active member of the Douglas County community. She is married to her junior high sweetheart and together, they are raising two young and energetic children.

Danielle L. Christenson, Esq.
Associate Attorney

Danielle is an experienced Elder Law and Litigation, and Estate Planning Attorney. Her years of experience have been acquired in private practice, public service, and in working within the Guardianship Unit of Washoe Legal Services, advancing the due process rights of vulnerable adults throughout northern Nevada. Additionally, for over 15 years, Danielle operated her own boutique civil litigation firm while balancing motherhood and homeschooling. Danielle began her legal career in Minden in 1991 when she had the privilege of clerking for District Court Judge Norman “Norm” Robison (now deceased). She is also a trained arbitrator and mediator.

Danielle has a heart to serve her community and has volunteered as an unpaid Lobbyist with the Nevada Legislature; as a long-term, surviving family-member speaker with the Northern Nevada DUI Task Force; on the board of directors for different, local non-profits, and is recently retired as a Stroke and Turn Judge, Chief Judge, and Deck Referee with Pacific Swimming.

Danielle and her husband, Vinson Christenson, D.C., of Carson City, are the parents of three (3) elementary school-aged daughters. As a family the enjoy camping, biking, hiking, the beaches of Lake Tahoe, Reno Aces games, Disneyland, and church service.
